MOSCOW, Feb 10 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russian real estate developer Samolet jumped by 57% to 22.2 billion rubles in 2022, the company said in a statement on Friday.
Revenue grew by 49% to 194.9 billion rubles, and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) surged by 68% to 48.2 billion rubles.
Sales of new realty increased by 42% to 178.9 billion rubles and by 33% to 1.1 million square meters.
